You shall not access or use the service or accept this agreement if you are not at least 18 years old.
If you do not agree with all of the provisions of this agreement, kindly do not access or Invest in the Trading Bot.
We may amend this Agreement related to the "Trading Bot" and Investment Limitations from time to time accordingly to the market.
Amendments will be notified/updated to the Investors/users.
Your continued access or use of the Trading Bot Services after such constitutes, your consent to be bound by the Agreement, as amended.
You hereby acknowledge that trading in forex currencies (also referred to as virtual digital assets, currency -assets, etc. ) involves a high degree of risk.
Forex Trading are subject to constant and frequent fluctuations in value and exchange rates, and the value of your assets may increase or decrease at any time.
Accordingly, you may suffer a 10% loss funds held in your Bot account.
You also acknowledge that you are solely responsible for determining the nature, suitability, and appropriateness of these trading risks for you.
You admit and agree that ( company name) bears no responsibility or liability to you or any other person whatsoever for any losses or gains incurred in connection with your use of the services.
You hereby acknowledge and agree that (company name) is not a financial institution, bank, credit union, trust, hedge fund, broker or financial advisers.
You are solely and exclusively responsible for all trading decisions made by you while using the Trading Bot.
It is understood by you that,(Company name) and Trading Bot) is merely a technology platform and you are solely and entirely responsible for the gains and losses of it and regulatory and tax compliance of all transactions carried out by you using the services, subject to the terms of this agreement.
The owners of the company and bot shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you or any third party.
You accept that we make no guarantees as to the accuracy, thoroughness or quality of the information given by any third party or verbally from us.
Some of the information may not be relevant to or compliant with the laws, regulations or other legal requirements of our/your country of residence.
It is your responsibility to determine whether, how and to what extent your intended use of the services.
You authorize us to make the inquiries, whether directly or through third parties, that we consider appropriate, in our sole discretion, to verify your identity or protect you and/or us against fraud or other financial crimes, and to take action we reasonably deem necessary based on the results of such inquiries.
Services is automatically revoked where use of the Services is prohibited or to the extent that the offering, sale or provision of the Services conflicts with any law, rule or regulation applicable to you.
Subject to this Agreement, (company name)and (Trading Bot) grants you a non-transferable, nonexclusive, revocable, limited license to use and access the Services solely for your own personal purposes.
We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, suspend, or discontinue temporary/ permanently the Services (in whole or in part) with or without notice to you.
You agree that we will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services or any part thereof.
You acknowledge and agree that you have carefully read all related information regarding any investment and you are taking your further action in consultation with your advisors, before investing.
The past trading performance of the trading bot discussed herein is not indicative or a guarantee of future results.
We are not a registered broker/dealer or an investment advisor.
The services and information we offer do not constitute personal investment advice.
The subscription fees allows users to get access to the bot, while depositing money/cash you take full responsibility of the trades being placed by the bot, including and not limited to being liquidated and losing 10% initial capital and thereafter.
You agree to pay Subscription fees to ( company name) and "Trading Bot") the fees set forth, which may be updated from time to time in our sole discretion.
You are solely responsible for ensuring all transaction details are correct, and you should carefully verify all transaction information prior to submitting transaction instructions to the Bot.
Further, without prejudice to the generality of this Agreement, you will strictly comply with the all the laws governing in your law of land and Income Tax Act, 1961 in connection with all Transactions.
If the Account is terminated due to fraud, violation of law, or violation of this Agreement, we may, in its discretion, confiscate any balance remaining in the Account and deliver it to any applicable government, law enforcement, or other authorities where circumstances warrant.
You may cancel your Account by submitting the request A month before.
You can withdraw all balances after the one month request period.
You Therefore consent to the agreement by agreeing to it solely.
